“Kaizen” represents our commitment to continuous improvement. “Kai” means “Change” and “Zen” means “For the Better.” Together, they embody the philosophy that sustainable progress is achieved through continuous improvements, no matter how small.
At Kaizen Enterprises, we put this philosophy into practice through specialized low-heat-input repair, welding, and coating technologies designed to enhance performance and extend the service life of stationary and moving industrial components.

From site survey to first-light activation, our certified installers handle every step with precision.

A special process invented in the late 80s. We have mastered the eutectic process with systematic research and development over the years. We use world class consumables for the process. With this process we can obtain the hardness from 25 HRc to 65 HRc. This process can be used for Nickel base, Cobalt base, and Tungsten Carbide based hard-facing.

Gas Tungsten Arc Welding process, also known as Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding: Argon is used as a shielding gas to create an arc. This process gives the best bonding with parent metal. Consumables of the highest quality of Cobalt alloy, Nickel alloy etc. give us hardness ranging from 35 HRc to 55HRc

Plasma transfer arc welding (PTA) is a welding process that uses a plasma arc to apply powder material to a surface. This process is used to melt and fuse the base metal and metallic filler powder together. Ideal for hard-facing and cladding. With this process we can obtain hardness from 25 HRc to 65 HRc.
